Chained Echoes is a Japanese-style turn-based RPG game where you travel across the vast Valandis continent looking to end the long war between kingdoms of that area. Your party of heroes will need to be carefully chosen as you will encounter different types of challenges. It’s a 16-bit game inspired by other similar games from the 1990s.
In this article, we will go through how to farm money quickly and efficiently so you can get better gear and face your new foes more prepared than ever.
How to Farm Coin in Chained Echoes
The most obvious way you will earn coins is by fulfilling quests and defeating enemies that cross your path. You will often be able to sell the drops from defeated enemies or even get coins from them, but this classic way of farming and grinding through the game isn’t the most effective.
For the best efficiency in farming, you will want to go to Shambala. Once there you will look for a golden egg. When you approach that egg a Golden Borb Bob will appear and you have to defeat him. He has rich loot including copper nuggets, gold nuggets, and platinum nuggets.
The real trick is in exploiting this lucrative spawn by teleporting to the nearest location and flying back to the spot where you initially found the golden egg. Golden Borb Bob will spawn again and you can kill him as many times as you want. If he doesn’t spawn when you first revisit the place give it some time, roam around and come back.
There is a condition for its spawning, however, and that’s that you mustn’t have 100k+ coins in your wallet when facing him.

What Heroes to Take With You While Farming
Farming can be further boosted with the right heroes in your party. Take Sienna and equip her passive skill “More Rare Drops” and take Robb with his “Increase Drops” passive. They will increase your chances of finding some quality loot.
