In order to duel wield you’ll need to pick up a stim that gives you the ability, however, there’s a catch to this. Some players are reporting that the pickup option isn’t available. If you want to use dual wield in Trepang2 you’re going to want to complete the campaign mission. The mission you’re going to want to finish is the 2nd or 3rd mission on a shelf above a torch. You will want to head up a long, narrow, stairway inside the castle after you have fought the flesh golem. Once you finish the campaign mission you’ll be able to use duel wield in Trepang2.

If you’re wanting to finish the entire campaign of Trepang2, various players have stated that it took them about 12 hours to finish the gameplay.
