To Drain the Fountain, you need to find three valves and skate through them. Each of the valves is on the roof of the Philadelphia Patriot Waterworks building. We recommend building up your special meter before attempting to get up on the rooftop. Doing this will give you some more air and hangtime.

There’s a bank in front of the waterworks building that you can hit to boost yourself up. You will also see a set of stairs in front of the ramp, so you’ll need to jump those and make sure they don’t slow you down. Once your special meter is full, approach the waterworks building at max speed.

Hit the bank, and do a boneless for some extra air by pressing up and jump. If you’re coming up a little short of the roof, you can try hitting the grind button to grind the railing. You can watch the video below to see how I did the jump.

On top of the roof, you can see three water valves. Skate through them, and that’s how to Drain the Fountain in Philadelphia in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2.
