How to do Crossbow Glitch in MW2
Imagine getting a free Crossbow without going through all the trouble of unlocking it in the game. We are making it happen for you.

Here are the steps to unlocking the Crossbow by exploiting the glitch:
- Jump to the main menu screen in MW2.
- Press X (PlayStation) / A (Xbox) and then quickly press O / B. The game will ask if you want to retry the connecting to the official servers or go offline.
- Choose to go offline.
- Now, head to the Local Multiplayer option.
- Go to Weapons, create a new class, and select the Crossbow.
- Hold the L2 / LT button to navigate to the Weapon Attachment screen.
- Once you are there, hold the L2 / LT button to save the weapon as a blueprint.
- Go back to the main Call of Duty screen again. Now choose to go online.
- Either select Multiplayer or Warzone mode. Create a class again and go to the Crossbow.
- Press and hold L2 / LT. The gunsmith will pop up.
- Push O / B two times.
That’s it. If you followed each step correctly, you will have the Crossbow in your inventory.
Unlock other Weapons using the Glitch
You can use the glitch to unlock other weapon in MW. Just repeat the steps we have mentioned above, but instead of selection the Crossbow, select other weapons.
