How to Delete Roads in Cities Skylines

In order to change your road layout in Cities Skylines by deleting roads, you will have to follow a pretty simple process that is self-explanatory. First, you will have to find the bulldozer icon at the bottom right section of the window. Then, once the bulldozer is active, you will have to click on the roads you want to delete. Once you do, the whole structure will be gone. Be sure that you are at ground level, otherwise you can potentially delete underground objects such as pipelines. If you are having trouble using the Bulldozer, just press B to refresh it. If you wish to massively delete the roads, go ahead and pin down the mouse, then dragging it around to delete all the items you want. Finally, if you wish to delete just a portion of a road, make an intersection at the point you wish to cease the deletion.
