How to Defeat Hana Doll in Chained Echoes

The Hana Dolls in Chained Echoes can be found inside the secret area of Ograne Grottos. In order to access this area, players need to obtain the Elevator Key from inside the Nhysa Magic Academy. This is used to get through the Raminas Tower via the Elevator Room. You need to get all the way to 8F to exit out into the side of Ograne Grottos you would not have seen before if this is your first time here. The Hana Dolls are in multiple locations of Ograne Grottos, the first is inside the south side of the Baalrut Tunnels. You will also meet multiple Hana Dolls in the southern side of Ograne Grottos. How to Defeat Hana Dolls

As their damage output starts with 5000 you need to focus on selecting fast Attacks. These will put you in front of any attack the Hana Dolls may try and use against you. Remember that the second you hit the Hana Dolls their damage will deplete. Meaning it should not be hard to take these Monsters on. You need to reduce their damage until their move, either by killing them or making them use a move of their remaining damage on you. They will use one Attack against you before they vanish, ending the Battle. In both Battles the Hana Dolls will appear in pairs, with a collective damage of 5000. For this reason, we recommend using your Clan members highest damage Ultra Move. This should be enough to kill the Hana Doll.

Ultra Moves and Speed

In the Battle against the Hana Dolls and Vampires, you must fight the Dolls first otherwise their damage will instantly take down your Clan, resulting in a Game Over. For that reason you should head into Battle with Ultra Moves ready to use against the Hana Dolls. Due to their weak defence this should almost always kill one of the Dolls, drastically reducing the damage output of the other so that you do not fall in Battle. Use whatever you have with the highest damage output to take the accumulated damage of the Hana Dolls down. Ignore the Vampires until the Hana Dolls have been eliminated.

Due to their low defence stats, make sure to hit with Attacks you know will do damage, this is in case you do not have an Ultra Move to use on them. Use Skills such as Double Speed, increasing the speed in which you will take turn to attack the Dolls. This means that when they finally hit you it will not be enough to take your Clan down. The Hana Dolls will remain even when they have a damage of 0, they will vanish after trying to hit you with 0 damage. Marking their defeat where you can focus on the Vampires.

Level Up to Take on Southern Ograne Grottos

Something to note is that you do not want to be in the secret southern area of Chained Echoes until you have progressed through the majority of the main Questlines. Otherwise you will be too low of a level to go through Raminas Tower and to take on the Hana Dolls. You also have multiple Bosses in this area which are crucial to beat as they guard the Elemental Tablets used to unlock the Final Boss Fight of Chained Echoes. For this reason, you do not want to be under-levelled when you head into the southern side of Ograne Grottos.
