The Sims 4 has some of the weirdest illnesses that you can get in any game. The game also has pretty crazy deaths as well, such as dying from laughter or dying from being crushed by a Murphy bed. In this simulation world, your Sims can get sick, die from old age, and even fall in love with someone who doesn’t match their preferences. With all the insane things happening during your gameplay, it makes sense that you’d develop an illness known as red spots. There are a few illnesses you can get in The Sims 4 such as starry eyes, gas-and-giggles, and red spots. Red spots are an illness that causes you to develop red spots all over your Sims that resembles a rash. If you’re tired of your Sim developing this illness there are a few ways you can cure it. Some of those cures involve drinking orange juice or taking medicine. You can also try taking a nap if all else fails since sleep is important for your health; which we’ve been lacking.
You can only get this illness if you have the Get to Work pack installed on your game. If you’re still experiencing the illness it might be due to a faulty mod. Unfortunately, we don’t have information on which mod is causing this, however, we’re sure that if you drink medicine or take a nap the problem will disappear. If you can’t find where to purchase medicine you need to go onto your computer to make a purchase.
How to Use Mods in The Sims 4
If you’re tired of the regular illness system The Sims 4 has put into place you’re going to want to download mods that give you a realistic health care service. There are mods out there where you can go to the doctors for check-ups, have realistic diseases, or need to take care of eye/dental problems. If you have found a mod you like you need to download the file and unzip it. Once you have unzipped the file you need to drag the folder or files into your electronic arts folder -> mods. Remember, a .package file can be in multiple folders, whereas a .script file can only be placed in the mods folder.
