Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes is a puzzle-strategy game where you play as Anwen, the protagonist of the game. Anwen is on a mission to destroy the demons that have killed her family of elves and has to travel to different factions for help. She meets many interesting characters on her journey and has to fight through demon hoards. The battle sequences involve armies you can control, and getting them through the enemy’s barriers is up to you. A tremendous defensive technic is to create walls and we’re going to teach you how to create walls in Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes.
What is a Wall in Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes?
If you’re unfamiliar with the Might & Magic franchise this will probably be your first time learning different techniques to fight hoards of monsters. The mechanics of the game force you to pair up same-colored characters where you can either use them to attack or defend. If you set up your same-colored army vertically they will be able to attack the enemy in front of them. Creating a wall requires you to do something similar.
If you want to create a wall of thorns you will need to set up your same-colored characters horizontally. Set them up against each other and they will instantly form a wall that can deflect attacks from the opponent. This is incredibly useful to use in battle because it makes it difficult for the enemy to crash through your army, going through your barrier. If you’re having trouble with an opponent, instead of using offensive tactics, try crafting a wall.
Beginner Tips in Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes
If you’re a beginner and you need tips on how to progress through the story or through bounties you’re going to want to do a few things differently during your gameplay. When we were playing we noticed bounties were harder for us to finish because of how strong the enemies are. We were able to defeat these enemies once we realized we could make elite attacks. In order to do this we had to place two core units behind an elite unit of the same color.
Another tip we recommend for beginners is to really learn about your army. You have different creatures that are fighting for you such as unicorns, pixies, archers, etc. Some of these creatures are useful to use in battle and create impeccable boosts. If you can learn how to create combos using the unicorns you can defeat enemies easily.
