How to Complete Well Supplied Soldier in Warzone 2.0 DMZ – Mission Guide

Time is of the essence

DMZ is back and better than ever. It is time to nose dive into the DMZ and take on the latest Faction – Redacted. For those just getting started with this Faction, you may notice similarities between previous Faction Missions, such as finding specific supplies, taking out the Map Bosses or completing Contracts within a small timeframe. In this case, although this is a Tier 1 Redacted Mission, the ask to complete Contracts within a specific frame of time sometimes means that you need teammates in order to hit that target. This is our full guide on how to complete the Redacted Tier 1 Mission ‘Well Supplied Soldier’ in Warzone 2.0 DMZ Season 3.

How to Complete ‘Well Supplied Soldier’

There are two parts to this Mission, although in writing they play a singular role to ‘Well Supplied Soldier’. Players first need to locate a Supplies Contract. This form of Contract is brand new to Season 3 of the DMZ Game Mode. For this reason, it is recommended to play this Mission with your friends and other teammates as a full Squad will guarantee you completing the Contract within its 2:30 minute timeframe. In DMZ, Contracts can be divided by difficulty based on the amount of time it takes for a single player to complete them. Missions such as ‘Contractual Obligations’ proved difficult for those playing on their own.

Where to Find Secure Supplies Contracts

When searching for a Secure Supplies Contract you will need to refer to your Map Overview. You need to find the Contract icon which looks like a Drop Box logo, or a cube with two grey sides and a white top. You can refer to the screenshot below if you are unsure what this looks like. It is helpful to know of its appearance before deploying as these will likely be picked up within the first few weeks of Season 3 due to completing this Tier 1 Mission.

How to Complete the Secure Supplies Contract

As soon as you pick up a Secure Supplies Contract the timer will tick down. You should not immediately head into this Contract until you are used to the way in which this Contract runs in DMZ. To prepare for this Contract, players should first obtain a vehicle. We highly recommend a Jeep or Rover over a Cargo Truck as these are faster methods of travel, although you are far more likely to get shot. If you are however worried about being shot at, especially if you have picked up the Contract in a populated area, using a Cargo Truck will provide you will more protection. It can also be incredibly useful for a Squad as they can be protected in the back of the Truck.

Luckily, the Supply Crates will appear relatively close by to the Contract pick-up spot, which is why we recommend a fast moving vehicle to hit the Crate locations. You should avoid being on your feet for this, especially if you are trying this Mission solo as you can easily be plucked out from thin air by other Operators in the vicinity. Each Crate needs to be looted in its entirety. There are a total of 3 items in each Crate, 1 of which is cash. But make sure that you have enough space in your Backpack to place the items in so that you are not messing around with your Inventory in those 2:30 minutes.

We recommend going through the area surrounding the Contract icon before taking on the Contract itself so you can learn if there is any Operators nearby and what AI you will be facing. But using a vehicle will allow yourself and teammates to get to each Crate with ease. Whilst only 1 Crate appears at a time, you should have teammates nearby in case you get in any trouble, especially if you were to get downed. Due to the small timeframe, rushing may feel like your only choice, which is why having the safety of your team nearby can help you complete this Mission easier than if you were solo. However, ‘Well Supplied Soldier’ can easily be completed on your own.

How to Add Players onto your Squad Mid-Match in DMZ

Modern Warfare 2 recently gave players the opportunity to add other players onto their team in Multiplayer Game Modes such as Team Deathmatch, but this was not an option available in DMZ. However with the release of Season 3, you can now add other players onto your Squad. This allows you to create a team in your deployment rather than starting with a group before you entered the game. It is a fantastic change and one that I imagine many of the solo players appreciate.

In order to add a player onto your Squad however, the player must first get downed. Whether that is by yourself, AI or another Operator in the DMZ. You can only add them to your Squad if they Plea for Help. This appears on your screen as a two-hand icon, indicating that you can Rescue that enemy and turn them into a friend instead of a foe. You can either loot their body, taking their supplies and gear out of their Backpack or invite them into your Squad. This gives you an increased chance of completing the ‘Well Supplied Soldier’ Mission as it is significantly easier to complete the Supplies Contract with a team. But the choice of course, is up to you. It is helpful however to know that the option exists.
