Wanted Dead or Alive Quest Explained Step by Step

The “Wanted Dead or Alive” quest starts when you try to help a trapped soldier and open a big metal door with a handle. He gets pulled in by metal tentacles and you join a new area. You will need to go to an office with dead soldiers and loot it while also fighting robots that jump out in the meantime. Be careful, as they will have powerful attacks that can knock you down easily.

Once you fight them off and loot the office, follow the marker to a double door. This will trigger a cut scene in which a giant digging machine shows up in front of you and causes the ceiling to collapse. You then wake up in a room with two soldiers and one female doctor and find out that they have saved you. You don’t get much information out of them because a black powerful robot breaks into the room and starts slicing things with its eye beams. There isn’t much that you can do up until this moment as everything is happening through a cut scene.

The fierce robot didn’t go away and you will have to fight it. It’s a boss enemy so you will have to strategize more around fighting him. The main thing is to avoid the robot’s eye beam and super attacks that are indicated by red animation.

After defeating the robot, loot the room and go to the door with a sophisticated lock. Char-les leaves you to figure it out on your own, but if you don’t solve it quickly he will tell you to snap your fingers at soon as you see the locking pin light turn on.

Open the now unlocked door, go down the hallway, and enter the door at the end. Approach the red machine Nora and interact with it. This will trigger a scene where the robot grabs and fights you, but ultimately releases you. Afterward, you can use that same robot to upgrade your weapons. Once you upgraded the weapons, finish up the dialogues with Nora and go to the door on your right. Walk around the next room, loot it, and the “Wanted Dead or Alive” quest would be complete.
