I remember trying to complete the Water Temple in OOT for years. I even left the game untouched for a couple of them because I was completely stuck. After all, it does have that reputation. Then, one day, internet was a thing. I found out about the one key that I missed, which helped me get through the entire thing without a hitch. Why am I saying this? Well, because one you eventually find out about a certain factor, item, or piece of information in order to solve a puzzle, what was impossible, suddenly becomes feasible. Today, while it being far from impossible, we will solve a puzzle that did just that for me. At least it was for just a moment and not for years. Anyway, here is how to reboot the platform in Atomic Heart.
How to Reboot the Platform in Atomic Heart
To say that Atomic Heart has some puzzles, disregarding the fact whether they are big or little, is an understatement. This will keep your brain juices moving, if that makes any sense for you, my dear atomic player. Anyway, during the Restart mission, you will be tasked with rebooting the platform. Like any other objective or mission in the game, be sure to follow the objective marker. This marker will need you to jump onto some damaged bridges (platforming again, yeah!) and will land you in front of a puzzle.
This puzzle is the classic “connect the line of energy to the energy input” type of puzzle. I know, I get overly creative with these names. The thing is that you will have a total of six wheels you will have to turn. Do this to connect these energy streams to their according input. This can get overly complicated if you do this without the help of a guide (that why you are here!). The explanation is that you must match the energy stream colors with the ones that are on the input on the left. Yes, you must see this puzzle from right to left. Counterintuitive, I know. Anyway, to complete it, turn the middle top circle and then the bottom left one, which will, in turn, reboot the platform and complete your objective.

Yes, I know, simple enough, but I really spent some time before I realized that I was seeing the puzzle backwards. Anyway, doing this kind of puzzles will help you have a more creative way of thinking about things that will happen later in the game.
