How to Complete the Reviving the Machine Quest

To start, you’re going to want to find an NPC named Watcher Koranos in Valdrakken. By speaking with them, you should be able to accept the Reviving the Machine quest. Admittedly, the real confusion from this quest stems from where to find the Revival Catalyst, but thankfully, we know exactly where it’s at!

Leave Valdrakken and head east, to Tyrhold. Your destination is going to be Thaldraszus. Head through the proceeding hallway and you’ll see the Revival Catalyst, with an NPC named Antuka standing nearby. Speak with them to complete the Reviving the Machine quest. But, that’s not all! Antuka offers another quest, this one called — what elseRevival Catalyst.

But, thankfully, this quest is more of a long-term mission that’ll be worked on over time. To finish this one, you’ll need to bring back any Renascence that you find whilst fighting in the Dragon Isles. Renascence is a type of currency that can be acquired through completing tasks throughout the Dragon Isles. But, it would seem that this item doesn’t drop unless you have already accepted the Revival Catalyst quest.
