How to Complete Grand Hunts Quest in Dragonflight

It is a grand hunt indeed.

World of Warcraft is a huge game, period. It’s been 18 years, and it is still alive and well, what an achievement! And what I wonder and kind of admire about Blizzard (leaving the big elephant in the room aside, aka the controversies), is the amount of world building, character development and most of all, quest design that is involved in a game as big as WoW. I mean, there is so much you can do to introduce new things in games nowadays, specially in an MMORPG. With that being said, Dragonfight, WoW’s ninth expansion, is out now, and with it, a bunch of new quests and challenges. Here is how to complete Grand Hunts Quest in Dragonflight.

How to Complete Grand Hunts Quest

In order to complete the Grand Hunts Quest, you will first have to start it. Duh. To do so, you must travel to Thaldraszus, in The Cascades. You will need to speak to an NPC called Scout Tomul in order to start the quest. Be ready, you’re about to do a lot of stuff to complete this. Furthermore, prepare yourself for a long hunt, you will need skill to do this.

  • As your first task, you will need to save some Swarmed Bakar from their enemies. Take them to safety around the lake.
  • In the lower cascade, you will need to defeat the scorpion enemies that are over there.
  • Next is defeating the Dismay enemies. They are flying enemies, by the way, and you can find them inside the circle on the map. There are many of these, so be sure to bring your A-game and your P-game (patience).
  • Then, you will need to flip some baby tortoise around the shore on the upper side of the location where you got the quest initially. Fight the big tortoise while you are at it.
  • After flipping those baby tortoises, you will encounter a giant scorpion enemy called the Galzuda. Find it on the blue mark on the map and prepare for a battle for the ages.
  • After defeating Galzuda, prepare for the final battle, which involves killing the Stream hunter that is hunting (you don’t say) the Creekside Grazers along with the Scythid Stalkers that are insect enemies. I hate those.
  • After defeating everyone, go back to Tomul and blow the Grand Hunting Horn. You have officially completed the Grand Hunts Quest. Just click the option on the book that says “I will signal the end of the Grand Hunt!” and you’re good to go.
