How Can You Complete (or Start) This Quest?!

It’d seem there is trouble in the World of Warcraft since its latest expansion, Dragonflight, released. But, it’s not the kind of trouble you’d expect. Players are reporting a glitch that prevents them from starting, or, in some cases finishing, a mission. The mission in question is one by the name of “To Dragonbane Keep!” and it would seem some players are running into game-breaking roadblocks.

It is upsetting to be the bearer of unfortunate news, but as of writing, there doesn’t seem to be any way to solve this problem. In fact, based on a thread on Blizzard’s support forums, the problem players are dealing with is an inconsistent one. Some have reported not being able to start the quest, while others are saying they are unable to turn in the quest. And then, to add insult to injury, one player said they had no problems with the quest and was able to complete it after a reset.

It would seem that the best advice we can offer players of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is to be patient. And, if you are dealing with this problem as you read this, make your voice heard in the support thread! As soon as Blizzard is made aware of this problem, they will surely issue a bugfix. In the meantime, though, you might need to play the waiting game for a bit longer.
