One of the LenTalk requests from Rita for Florio Nature Park is called Flopping by the Water. She says she saw a Pidgeot snatch a Magikarp in one fell swoop, but she couldn’t get a photo in time. Being the master photographer you are, it’s your job to get it done. It can be a bit challenging to get this one finished, so we’re here with a walkthrough. Here’s how to complete Flopping by the Water in New Pokemon Snap.
The LenTalk request reads, “I saw a Pidgeot Swoop down a snatch a Magikarp! I was so surprised, I couldn’t get a photo in time…”
How to Complete Flopping by the Water in New Pokemon Snap
- Enter Florio Nature Park (Day) on Research Level 3.
- Get to the part with the water and Dodrio.
- Toss a Fluffruit and make it hit Pidgeot while it’s sitting on the ledge.
- Take the alternate route toward the dam.
- Hit the flopping Magikarp with a Fluffruit.
- Snap a photo of Magikarp Pidgeot grabs it.
Load into Florio Nature Park (Day) on Research Level 3 to set up this request. Get to the part with Dodrio with the water on your right, just before the dam. You should see Pidgeot walking alongside a ledge on your left. You need to hit the Pidgeot with a Fluffruit to make it fly off and relocate.
Next, you’ll want to scan the area so you can take the alternate route toward the dam. It makes it easier to get a good angle for the shot this way. Now make sure to hit Magikarp to get it moving, and it will catch Pidgeot’s eye, as it must be getting a little hungry.
Pidgeot will come down and swoop up Magikarp in its claws. Make sure to get a photograph of Magikarp in Pidgeot’s claws for this challenge. It may help if you don’t zoom in because you could accidentally snap a shot of Pidgeot instead of Magikarp that way and have to redo the whole challenge.
