How to Complete Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy Gig in Cyberpunk 2077

How to Complete Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy Gig in Cyberpunk 2077

Regina Jones has another gig for you, in what feels like a neverending supply of jobs. I’m not complaining, though; eddies are eddies. This time, you’ll need to pay a visit to Mikhail Akulov at Hotel Raito on Adams St. and steal his datashard. Mikhail is no ordinary person. He’s a top-class Soviet fixer, so breaking into his hotel won’t be easy. But don’t worry, because we got you covered. Here’s how to successfully complete Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 without raising the alarm.

Start by heading to the location of the hotel in Kabuki, Watson district of Night City. Once there, hop out of your vehicle if you’re in one, and Regina Jones will call you up and explain the gig. Now for the walkthrough. Keep in mind that there are many ways to complete these quests. You can follow our method to get the full reward and not raise any alarms.

How to Complete Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy Gig in Cyberpunk 2077

Start by walking into the hotel lobby and speaking with the receptionist. You have two options here: pay for a room or distract him and steal the access token for the elevator. Renting a room costs about 4500 eddies, whereas distracting him and taking the token costs nothing. We opt for the latter and then make our way into the elevator to the reception area’s left side.

Enter the elevator and take it to the 21st floor, which is the apartments. When you arrive on the floor, hand a right, and make your way out onto the patio. Jump up on the planter and make your way onto Mikhail Akulov’s terrace. There’s a camera directly in front of you that rotates, so turn it off or make it friendly, or avoid it altogether.

The datashard is in the living room, where Mikhail is standing with his bodyguard. Distract them with the TV or any nearby electronic device, if you have the means. Otherwise, wait for the patrol and enter at your own risk. You can go to the left and clear the eurodollars out of the rooms. Make your way around the bar to the left, and head upstairs to do the same. There’s a terminal on the wall by the stairs and one upstairs that you can quickhack for some easy components and eddies.

Here’s the sequence required for the upstairs terminal:

I’d recommend going upstairs and turning off the security network from the Local Network tab on the office computer. Once you clear the rooms and get all the loot, you can make your way back downstairs. Mikhail will patrol over to the door. That’s your chance to distract his bodyguard with the nearby ice machine and steal the datashard from his bag. I jumped from the balcony directly onto the bag for an easy grab.

Once you obtain it, you need to escape without being seen. I doubled back for the second terminal first, and then made my way out. Take the elevator back down to the lobby, and stroll out like nothing happened. You’ll need to call Regina after you exit the hotel, and then meet your contact to drop off the shard. Do not ask any questions, just give them the shard.

When that’s done, Regina will ping you the coordinates for the dropbox for your reward. A hobo will be hanging out there and ask for some change. Grab your reward and be on your way. That’s how to stealthily complete the Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy Gig from Regina Jones in Cyberpunk 2077 without raising any alarms.
