How to Complete Epistrophy in Cyberpunk 2077 (Delamain Cab Locations)

The Delamain transportation service is the first entirely AI owned and operated company in Night City. They provide Taxi Cab services, designed and driven by artificial intelligence, to get you to and from your destinations. Here are all the divergent Delamain cab locations and how to complete Epistrophy in Cyberpunk 2077.

Epistrophy is a multi-step quest, where you’ll need to find and locate seven rogue Delamain vehicles from around Night City. The mission does an excellent job of forcing you to explore each section of the city. Some portions are challenging, especially the Coastview quest, so make sure to come prepared. Luckily, the game autosaves before each encounter, so you can always revert back to a proper save state to retry.

The pre-requisite for this quest is called Human Nature, in which you need to fetch your vehicle from the parking garage below your apartment. After entering your car, a wild Delamain car will smash into you. You’ll then get a call from Delamain about the incident and tell you to come to the headquarters to get compensation. The quest then transitions into Tune Up, and finally Epistrophy.

How to Complete Epistrophy in Cyberpunk 2077 (Delamain Cab Locations)

There are seven rogue Delamain cabs you need to locate and get back to the headquarters from the following areas:

  • Wellsprings
  • North Oak
  • Badlands
  • The Glen
  • Northside
  • Coastview
  • Rancho Coronado

Technically, each of these quests is separate, and you receive rewards and Street Cred for completing each of them. We did them all back-to-back and outlined the process of where you need to go down below. Refer to the videos in each section if you’re stuck. Delamain sends you coordinates for each car when you’re in the areas, but the objectives can sometimes get confusing.

Wellsprings

The first area Delamain sends you is Wellsprings, which on the west side of Night City. You may get a ping with coordinates around the area marked on the map below. For this one, you need to trail the Delamain cab and then damage it until it deactivates. I tried smashing into it, but it’s easier to get out and start blastin’ until it shuts down. Delamain should then get a signal and regain control of it. Mission complete.

North Oak

Next, you’ll be heading up to North Oak, which is on the city’s east side in Westbrook. You might get a ping with coordinates around the area shown on the map below. The Delamain cab has had enough of this city and needs a friend. Hop in and have a chat with it, after which point you’ll need to drive it back to Delamain headquarters. Drive slowly and avoid hitting anything on your way back to HQ. I immediately crashed into another car, and it was okay, so there may be a damage threshold. Once you get there, the mission is complete.

Badlands

You’ll be going into Nomad territory for this one. Get ready for some offroad terrain because the next Delamain cab is on some rocky ground. Getting to this one is probably the most difficult of the bunch. Make your way to the Badlands, at the location shown on the map of Night City below. The Delamain cab appears to be sentient and already knows your name, possibly going through an existential crisis. Hop inside the divergent Delamain and talk to it. After some dialogue, the quest should complete.

The Glen

Next, you’ll be heading to The Glen at the southern border of Heywood near Pacifica. You’ll find a Delamain cab ready to drive itself over a cliff. Talk to the vehicle and explain that there are other ways out, and driving into oblivion is not the answer. You can easily convince him to go back to HQ and rejoin the network. Luckily, this is a straightforward one. Your mission is complete; on to the next one.

Northside

Head to the Northside for the next one, located north of Night City. Trail the Delamain cab until it comes to a stop. It will lead you through some warehouses and eventually come to a halt after crashing into some rocks and garbage. There’s nothing more you need to do here other than answer the phone when Delamain calls.

Coastview

Coastview is by far the most difficult challenge in this series of quests. There appears to be a bug in the game that could spawn infinite enemies, so be cautious of entering and exiting the designated area. Anyway, head to Coastview in the heart of Pacifica, in south Night City. Follow the cab, which will lead you into a trap. Get prepared to fight, and bring your meds because it’s a challenging battle. Park outside the area and walk to the area on foot, or you might start getting blasted while you’re still in your car.

A few gangoons will show up, along with some flying drones that dish out a ton of damage. You can take them out easily with grenades or high powered rifles. I used a shotgun on the drones, and grenades on the clustered enemies. After taking down all the enemies, you’ll need to speak with the divergent Delamain cab. The cab knows how to push your buttons, so you’ll have to restrain yourself from obliterating it entirely.

Rancho Coronado

Perhaps the most fun part of the Epistrophy quest is the Rancho Coronado portion. Head to the Santo Domingo part of Night City, which is in the southeast. Trail the divergent Delamain cab, and you’ll soon learn this one is a bit paranoid. It seems to think the Flamingos are out to get it, so you’re going to have to destroy some lawn ornaments. There are markers all over your map, so you can run over to them and blow them up or melee them. After knocking down all eight, you’ll finish the questline.

You can now return to Delamain HQ to complete the quest and receive your reward. Place your scanner back in the box, and you’ll get a bunch of Street Cred and XP for your troubles.
