How To Catch Midnight Carp In Stardew Valley

Before you capture the Midnight Carp, ensure your Fishing skill is Level 5 or higher. While improving your Fishing Rod will provide you with an advantage; it will only allow you to attach various types of bait. It will not improve your Fishing skill.

Midnight Carp in Stardew Valley is a Lake Fish that can only be caught in the Mountain Lake, Cindersap Forest Pond, or Ginger Island. You will only be able to capture this fish during the Winter or Fall season; additionally, the Midnight Carp can only be caught from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. midnight.

How To Use Midnight Carp

The Midnight Carp will give you +50 Energy and +22 Health when used. Four kinds of recipes can be used with the Midnight Carp. These are Maki Roll, Sashimi, Seafoam Pudding, and Quality Fertilizer.

To sell your Midnight Carp in Stardew Valley, it will depend on its star rating. The Midnight Carp can be sold as indicated below:

  • No Star: 150g
  • Silver Star: 187g
  • Gold Star: 225g
  • Iridium Star: 400g
