The Modern Warfare 2 campaign is here and with it comes some bombastic action but also some confusing mission moments. Today, we’re here to help with the Wetwork mission in the campaign and can explain how to complete it! So, without wasting too much time, let’s jump right into it!
How to Beat the Wetwork Mission in the Modern Warfare 2 Campaign
Following the cinematic between Gaz and Captain Price, you’ll need to swim through the water without being spotted by targets until you reach the dock with a guard on it. You’ll be prompted to throw a knife at him. Do so and then lift yourself onto the dock. From there, pick up the fallen enemy’s silenced pistol.
Directly across from where you’ve killed him, you’ll see another dock, though this one holds more boats and ones that are bigger. Swim over to it and pull yourself onto it. As you move across it, you’ll find that it splits off to the left and right. Aim left and you’ll see an enemy sweeping the area. Take him out with a silent headshot from your pistol.
Next, move towards his body and you’ll see another enemy at a dock across the water. You can engage and shoot him but it is risky as there are other enemies. Disengage and turn completely around, following the dock to the other end and jump off into the water on the left side.

Swim that wall until you find another dock with a hostile on it. Kill the hostile on it, pull yourself up and kill the other hostile sweeping the dock. After you’ve killed them, dive into the water and hit the docks where you spared the enemy, and kill that dock of men from within the water.
Once you’ve killed all of them, Captain Price will tell you to target some men on a small moving boat near your last kills. Take out the gunman first and then the driver. Another patrol boat will drive in, so do the same thing over again.
After that’s over with, head to the brick docking area which should be the furthest point ahead of you from where you started. Start from the left side and there will be two guards walking side by side, take them out. After them, there’ll be another guard on the brick dock and then a guard past him on a wooden dock, standing under a light post. Take both of them out to complete the mission.
