Boss battles can be unforgiving. Especially if they have multiple phases. I mean, have you felt the rush of thinking you just beat the hardest boss you have ever faced only to be surprised by a second or even a third, final phase? How to Beat General Argos in Roblox Arcane Odyssey
Whether you want to collect the Lance of Loyalty or the Lion’s Halberd, beating General Argos will always be a chore. He certainly is hard, but not at all impossible, if you know what you are doing, of course. And that’s why you are here after all. Travel to Fort Talos in the Bropnze Sea and enter. Fight your way to the main room where you will see Argos swinging his Halberd across the room. Time to fight him, and with the guide below, you will be able to defend yourself and even win the fight.
General Argos Battle Strategy

| Phase One | Dash Attack: Argos will rush at the player after raising his Axe over his head. 40 damage per hit. Smash Attack: Argos charges and slams his Axe down, pushing players away while generating shockwaves. 25-50 damage per hit. | Try to be very protective of your stamina. Dodge or block its dash attack and use a Spell to lock your character in place and generate passive range damage. Use pillars to recharge. When Argos is charging, go ahead and deal your deadliest combo. |
| Phase Two | Stab: Quick lance stab. 30 damage per hit. Dash: Quick lace dash towards the player. 40 damage per hit. | Dodging is the way to go, otherwise, prepare for some real damage. If you have the open window, hit him with everything you got. |
| Phase Three | Flying Slashes: Two ranged slashes sent toward the player. 80+ damage on impact. Pull: With a blue aura, Argos pulls players in range toward him. Judgment Cut: Argos becomes intangible and dashes rapidly in place. Performs it always after Pull. 30-50 damage per second. Grab: Argos will dash and attempt to grab the player. Two 120 damage hits if the move connects. | Keep dodging and deal ranged damage to Argos. If you are pulled towards him, go ahead and dodge or parry any incoming attack. Just keep hitting him at a distance and whenever Argos charges, again, attack him with everything you got. |

Be sure to keep your dodges and both melee and ranged attacks going and you will be able to beat General Argos in no time. And by no time, I mean due time. Just be patient, he will eventually fall.
