Recognition is something not everyone can get. Being the hero, doing the right thing, saving the world. Sometimes all of this becomes unnoticed. And maybe that’s for the best. And while being a secret hero can be great, being rewarded and celebrated by the ones you helped surely brings a tad bit of satisfaction. Just don’t let it get over your head. Anyway, doing great things in game will oftentimes be incredibly celebrated by all the NPCs in game, and developers usually rewards the player by means of achievements or in-game rewards that can be further used. This is the case of The Great Vault in World of Warcraft Dragonflight. How does the Great Vault work, you say? Well, continue reading to find out.

How Does the Great Vault Work

The Great Vault, just like its name implies, is sort of a treasure room you can visit at Valdrakken (/way 58.5 57.0). Now, you won’t be able to put on your Jason Vourhees mask and rob the Vault, but you will be able to claim a lot of great rewards, eventually. How does the Great Vault work? You see, actions you made in game will reflect on the amount of items available on the Vault.

In order to add loot to the Vault, you can do three things: defeating Raid Bosses, completing Mythic+ Dungeons and earning Honor Points in rated PvP. Here is the trick, you will earn those pieces of loot, but you will only get the chance to pick one weekly. Doing extra raids, dungeons or claiming points will only expand on the choices available in the Great Vault from which you can pick your favorite. Here is a table detailing each action and its correspondent reward.
