Fallout Shelter is celebrating the franchise’s 25th anniversary with a brand new update to the game. The fresh content includes new quests, enemies, dwellers, lunchbox rewards and more. The update will be available for PCs, consoles and mobile devices.
The original Fallout game was first released in October, 1997. Fallout Shelter is a construction and management simulation game which was released in June 2015. The game lets you play as the in-charge of an underground vault from Vault-Tec. You need to build the vault well and keep the dwellers happy.
While the game has been out for a long time, the developers have been passive with the updates. The anniversary update is the first one in over four years. We will dive deep and see what it offers.

The update brings something new for the community, giving them a better reason to play the title. We will list the contents of the update below.
New Quests
The new quests challenge players to fight aliens who have come to the wastelands. You can also win some advanced gears as you beat these extraterrestrial creatures. Fallout 76 players are also welcome to the new quests in the game until 18 October. More details on the Fallout website.
New Dewellers and Weapons
The update will give you an opportunity to get new Dwellers and helpful robots. You will also get new weapons for the dwellers to keep the vault safe.
New Room Theme
The new update will change the room theme and give them a more lively party look. You will find the rooms decorated with balloons and banners. This will give a celebration vibe to the Dwellers,
New Lunchbox Rewards
The update will also include fresh Lunchbox rewards, including outfits and weapons to pets and Dwellers. The developers will also give a discount on Lunchboxes on mobile until October 18 at 9am ET. This is a 50% discount on the bundles.
