Does the Dead Space Remake Use Adaptive Triggers and PS5 Haptics?

PS5 users will have the chance to experience the Dead Space remake with adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. These features can be experienced through various aspects of the gameplay. Like many games, the Dead Space Remake features adaptive triggers that affect how you fire your weapon. Pulling the trigger on Isaac’s plasma cutter won’t be an immediate action because the adaptive triggers are a little bit resistant, making the game feel more realistic and immersive.

Once the weapon has been fired, players will feel an aftershock in the form of the controller’s haptic feedback. Other weapons in the game also make use of adaptive triggers such as the Pulse rifle and flamethrower. Each step Isaac takes with his magnetic boots can be felt through haptic vibrations in the PS5 controller. This only occurs when the player is in some of the game’s zero gravity areas. You can experience these features and more by purchasing Dead Space on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
