Does LEGO Brawls Have Local Multiplayer?

As far as local multiplayer goes for the likes of LEGO Brawls, players can rejoice as the game does in fact feature local multiplayer for up to 8 players in total! It’s a great little feature to have and there are actually quite a few things to play around with so that gamers can really make the experience their own. So, let’s get into how to get it started and how it actually works.

  • If you’re looking to play local multiplayer with your friends, the first thing you’ll need to do is select the Party option from the LEGO Brawls home screen.
  • From there, you’ll choose the very first option from the list, Free-For-Brawl which is under the Local tab.
  • Once there, each player will need to hit the corresponding buttons on their controller or keyboard to be put into the game.
  • Each player will be given the chance to choose their character.
  • You can either choose a Champion or a custom Brawler that the console’s owner has created.
  • Additionally, you could hit the randomize button in your square and the game will choose for you.
  • Once players have gotten their character chosen, they’ll be able to either ready up by pressing the button or key that is connected to the checkmark or do the same for the icon with the head with the line through it to back out.
  • Once all players have readied up, player 1 will have to hit the prompt for “Brawl”, in order to move on to the next screen.
  • Once you’ve made it past the character selecting process, player 1 will be able to select the Brawl options for the match.
  • Here, player 1 can choose whether or not there are AI players, how many lives each player gets, and what map will be played.
  • Because this is Free-For-Brawl, the only type of mode that can be played locally is Free-For-Brawl.
  • Player 1 can then hit “Brawl” and then the game will finally begin!

That’s all there is to playing local multiplayer in LEGO Brawls! It’s great that LEGO Brawls has this feature as it’s really loved by many players.
