Does Disney Dreamlight Valley Have Cross-Progression?

Developed and published by Gameloft, Disney Dreamlight Valley hits the ground running due to the company’s longstanding prowess in mobile gaming. Gameloft from day one, allows players to take their saved progression from Disney Dreamlight Valley wherever they want, giving players the ultimate gaming experience with this life-sim title. It’s kind of ground-breaking. We’ve seen this sort of thing implemented in highly competitive titles like Call of Duty or Smite, but nothing like this in a casual game such as this. The cross-progression feature is incredibly easy to do as well.

Here’s what to do:

  • Simply start up Disney Dreamlight Valley.
  • Once you’re at the game’s main menu, move the selector down to Cloud Save.
  • Select Cloud Save to begin enabling the cross-progression feature.
  • Simply enter your email and a password and hit “sign up”.
  • Once that happens, you’ll be emailed a code that you’ll need to enter on the screen in-game to verify your account.
  • After you’ve done that, your save can be synced across all platfroms your play Disney Dreamlight Valley through.
  • You’ll just need to sign into your Gameloft profile once per platform to take advantage of this feature.

This feature is not only important for your save profile but your rewards and gifts as well. Not signing in could cost some of your rewards and gifts from being accessed across all platforms, so it’s best to sign into the cloud before starting the game at all.

Additionally, Disney Dreamlight Valley autosaves often, so anytime you leave the game on one gaming platform, the next time you start it up, no matter the platform, the game will resume directly from where you left off. It’s a great feature that really does make things a lot easier for players that want to play this game often. For example, playing on-the-go via the Switch and then coming home to get a vibrant view of it on an Xbox Series X|S is a wonderful thing to take advantage of.

That’s all there is to it!
