A business sim that allows players to mix business and pleasure by running their own laundrette while growing the dream of their very own arcade, Arcade Paradise has no shortage of different gameplay mechanics that make up its being. From cleaning toilets to emptying arcade cabinet hoppers, you’ll have a lot of grunt work to do in your daily routine. But what happens when you want to kick back and relax? Does Arcade Paradise feature licensed arcade cabinets to play? Well, we’ve got the answer!
Does Arcade Paradise Have Licensed Games?
Arcade Paradise offers over 35 different games to play throughout its duration. Sports titles, shooters, beat ’em ups, and even endless running phone games make their way into this title. And while there are many, many different games to play, unfortunately, you won’t be seeing any licensed titles you may know from your own arcade experiences.
Unlike a traditional arcade, you won’t find Pac-Man, Ninja Turtles, or Galaga. Instead, you’ll actually find that this game houses its own unique renditions of these games, offering a fresh reason to play with uncharted gameplay mechanics. A lot of these games aren’t solid copy-cats, but instead offer a new spin on things. Sometimes, they’ll even combine two separate games’ gameplay mechanics to make a whole new one.
So while you won’t find licensed titles in Arcade paradise, what is there is definitely worth playing. Some are arguably more fun than the originals in some cases.
