Can You Replay Missions in Far Cry 6?

Far Cry 6 is some people's favorite Far Cry game!

Far Cry 6 is a fantastic game, but can you replay missions? Well, first and foremost, Far Cry 6 is a favorite of many fans of the series. Some felt 5 and New Dawn just didn’t quite connect. Some about the island of Yara makes it feel very much like a real place that exists AROUND you. Add to that Chorizo, the cutest dog in gaming, and Anton Castillo. And the performance of Giancarlo Esposito just nails the role and brings it authenticity. You can almost feel the oppressive humidity as you play it. But what about replaying missions? We got you, kid.

In a surreal turn, this got pitched and I’m actually playing through the game again right now. I am a Far Cry stan, played every game since 1. But 6 just recaptured the magic of 3 for so many. So maybe some of the last few Far Cry’s felt a little removed, but this just felt, in a word, right. So I know the answer to our pressing question.

Can You Replay Missions in Far Cry 6?

Yes, my fellow Libertad. But there are some simple things you need to do. Just head to the map location of the mission you want to replay and it should become available. You can also replay these missions as many times as you like. It’s a great way to master the formula.

Far Cry’s replayability comes from many aspects. My personal favorite are replaying the enemy bases until you get no alarms every time. While that can be easy to do in the first sections of the game, it gets challenging by the end. But you might just be the opposite. You might roll in there with your Supremo back cannon ready to rip. And you know what? Good on you.

That’s the fun of this series. Far Cry lets you play the game the way you want it. I like being a silent killer, and you might like being a living explosion. And the replayability allows you to truly explore all those options as many times as you like.

So go replay some missions, folks. It only gets more and more fun each time.
