However, those who like to play on the go asked themselves if they would be able to run this latest RPG on their beloved Steam Decks. The answers haven’t been completely clear so we dove into this topic to find out the gist of it.

Does Ravenswatch Work on Steam Deck?

The answer is yes and no at the same time. Ravensworth has worked for many players on Steam Deck and they have showcased their experiences online, but for some, it simply didn’t work. Moreover, one of the developers has replied on the Steam community thread saying that they can’t confirm the game will be fully compatible with Early Access.

Some of those that reported that Ravenswatch was indeed working on their Steam Deck mentioned that they ran it on Proton experimental compatibility or on Proton GE 53 to get it to work. From what we’ve seen the game can run smoothly on both 30 FPS and 60 FPS.

All in all, it seems that installing Ravenswatch on Steam Deck is possible but it can be a bit of a struggle until the developers release the official version of the game for this console. You can install it and try it out on your Steam Deck, but keep a PC nearby just in case the game doesn’t turn up the way you expected it to on the Deck.
