Customizing your appearance is one of the first options in every roleplaying game, and sometimes the most difficult. Cyberpunk 2077 is no exception, and while your character may not always be visible, looks are important to a lot of people. After going through the in-depth customization process, you might be wondering if you can change how your character looks in Cyberpunk 2077.

There doesn’t appear to be any way to change your character’s appearance after creating them in Cyberpunk 2077. For that reason, you may want to take a bit of time to get your character looking exactly how you want. You have many options throughout the game to change some aspects of your appearance with cyberware, though.

The character customization screen is extremely in-depth, featuring options for every little facial feature you can imagine. There are also some new and innovative customization features we haven’t seen before in other games, such as Cyberware features, Genitals, Genital Size, Pubic Hair Style, Nipples, Chest Size, and much more. As far as character creation goes, this is one of the most in-depth systems we’ve seen to date.

After finishing your initial character creation, we haven’t found another way to change your appearance. Definitely spend some time here, and set V’s appearance exactly how you want before diving into the game. You don’t want to regret your decision down the line. You can always just start a new game, though. The chances are high that you will want to replay the game a few times to try out the different lifepaths
