Activision’s popular first-person shooter and battle royale game are attracting tons of viewers and players. With so many eyes on the game, Infinity Ward actively updates the game, which may temporarily impact servers and connection issues. Here’s the Call of Duty Warzone error code 8192 explained.

Any player seeing the Call of Duty Warzone error code 8192 is getting connection issues. The communication between the client connection (player) and the server is not solid, which could mean a variety of things. It typically means users cannot log in or connect to Modern Warfare or Warzone. 

The official Activision Support page on Twitter verifies this is an ongoing issue as of August 18, 2020, and the team is working on addressing it. 

Because of this development, players do not need to worry that the issue is on their end. If you are getting the Error Code 8192, you should be patient while the team fixes it. You can try closing your game and opening it back up again. However, this is unlikely a solution. We would recommend taking a break for an hour or two while the servers get a fix.
