The Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2021 is presented by Sony and open to entrants worldwide. The tournament is conducted regionally in several stages. Sony’s flagship phone, the Xperia 1 III, is the tournament’s official mobile device, providing players with a 120 FPS experience. Players can compete for a spot at the World Championship Finals through in-game competitions in eligible regions and other tournaments (details to be announced).

Activision Vice President of Mobile, Matt Lewis, says, “The momentum worldwide for Call of Duty: Mobile is incredible as our players continue to have a great time playing. Picking up from last year’s competition, we’ve increased the prize money up for grabs and number of teams that can qualify, so there are even more reasons for fans to prove they’ve got what it takes to be the best.”

Call of Duty: Mobile is free-to-play on iOS and Android devices. You can visit the official site to learn more or follow them on TwitterInstagram, and Facebook. The game is developed by Tencent Game’s TiMi Studios and published by Activision (NASDAQ: ATVI).
