Not everyone has the luxury of just leveling it up as they go, though. I don’t, which is why I’ve been forced to figure out the fastest way to level up and Prestige during Season 3 of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War.
Fastest Way to Level Up and Prestige in Black Ops Cold War Season 3
Here’s the method to level up fast for Black ops Cold War Season 3, which involves a three-step process:
- Party Up.
- Use Different Weapons for Weapon Challenges.
- Play Objective Game Modes.
Let’s break that down a little bit further.
When I’m trying to level up as fast as possible, I make sure that I’m always playing with a party. When you play with your buddies, you get a 25% weapon XP boost. This is a PlayStation exclusive feature, I’m afraid, so sorry to all you PC and Xbox fanboys out there.
With that 25% boost, I make a point of constantly switching up what weapons I’m using. I complete the initial few weapon and camo challenges for quick chunks of XP, ignoring the more difficult ones to switch to a brand new gun. Trust me; this is going to rack you up XP in no time.
Lastly, I only play objective game modes, so no TDM here. When you complete objectives or get kills while completing objectives, for that matter, you get bonus XP. So focusing on that while you’ve got a weapon XP boost and your farming weapon challenges will further add to how much XP you’re earning.
Combine this strategy with a double-XP weekend or code, and you’re going to prestige in a matter of days.
