Best ZRG 20mm loadout in Warzone Season 2

Best ZRG 20mm loadout for Warzone Season 2

If you opt to use the ZRG 20mm over any of the other snipers that are currently viable in Warzone season 2, then I salute you for being brave. It’s got the lowest fire rate in the entire game, as well as terrible ADS and overall handling speeds. That being said, like all snipers, it’s got one-hit kill potential, so let’s try to put together the best ZRG 20mm loadout for Warzone season 2.

Is the ZRG 20mm Any Good in Warzone Season 2?

The ZRG is as good as any other gun in season 2. It’s not the best by any stretch, but the right loadout can make it viable in most Warzone lobbies. Here’s one of the best loadouts for the ZRG 20mm in Warzone Season 2:

  • Barrel: 49.3” Combat Recon
  • Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip
  • Rear Grip: Airborne Elastic Wrap
  • Ammunition: 5 RND
  • Muzzle: Task Force Shroud

When you’re using the ZRG 20mm, you have three different problems that you need to address.

The first is your bullet velocity, like with every other sniper. Consider running the Task Force Shroud muzzle and the 49.3” Combat Recon barrel to help with this. Both of these make hitting long-range shots much more manageable, although it doesn’t completely eliminate the need to lead your shots.

After that, you have the issue of only having a three-round magazine. It’s an easy fix with the proper ammunition, and a good option is the 5 RND Extended Mag.

Lastly, you need to fix that godawful handling and ADS speed. Both the Bruiser Grip and Airborne Elastic Wrap are designed to help you get into your scope faster while running, which should help you avoid getting your head shot off before you even have a chance to react.
