At the time of writing, Rogue Company has a total of 25 Rogues/characters to choose from. Each of which comes with its own unique perks and special abilities. Because of this, much of your decision will come down to how you like to play the game and which skill set you value most.
That being said, there are a few Rogues/characters that have stood the test of time and are generally more effective than others.

Best Rogues/Characters in Rogue Company
#5 – Ronin (Duelist)
Let’s kick things off with one of the more well-rounded Rogues in the game, Ronin. With arguably the most dynamic skill set in Rogue Company, there’s no question that she’s one of the best characters in the game. Her “Ballistic Knife” instantly explodes enemies, while also notifying your team of their presence. While her “Underground” passive ability ensures that she remains immune to reveals and enemy radar detection.
#4 – Dallas (Intel)
Dallas is easily one of the best overall Rogues in the game, specifically if you enjoy hunting down your enemies. Dallas’s “Target Finder” allows him to immediately discover the enemy’s location. Which then resets once you take out said enemy thanks to his passive “Recharge” ability. This makes him one of the more valuable assets to the team, in that he’s the only character that can gain essential information on the enemy’s whereabouts.

#3 – The Fixer (Sniper)
Next, we have The Fixer. Who’s undoubtedly one of the most lethal Rogues in Rogue Company. In fact, thanks to his unique skill set, he carries the potential to deal more damage in long-range combat than anyone else in the game. His “Thermal Vision” allows him to see enemies through smoke, setting you up for some pretty deadly sneak attacks. While his “Shrapnel Rounds” passive ability slows down enemy movements for some time when they’re damaged by a firearm.
#2 – Dahlia (Support)
Dahlia is another incredibly powerful character in Rogue Company and a mastermind in squad-based tactics. Now, to be fair, she’s also one of the more technical Rogues in the game, so, she can take some time to master. However, her versatile skill set makes it well worth the challenge. Her “Danger Close” primary ability allows her to link to an ally for a full round, who can then be revived. While her passive “Buddy System” ability allows her to link to an ally and take over their passive ability.
#1 – Scorch (Duelist)
Scorch captures the top spot as the duelist who can deal the most damage, bar none. With her special “Overheat” ability, all firearms and melee attacks will set enemies a blaze, dealing substantial damage over time. While her passive “Fireproof” ability makes her immune to fire, going hand-in-hand with her primary skill. All of which allows her to win combat engagements, and demolish anybody in her path. Making Scorch the most dangerous character in Rogue Company.
