It’s safe to say that Baldur’s Gate 3 has quite the list of quests for players to find. Not all of them are required to complete the game, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t worthwhile. And if you’re someone who has limited amount of time to play games, you’ll want to try and complete this game within the next year. To do this, you’ll need to make sure your maximizing your time, while still being able to enjoy a significant amount of content. That’s why we’re going to take a look at our journal and figure out the best quest order in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).
Best Quest Order in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)
There are multiple types of quests that you’ll want to look out for in BG3. You of course have your main quests, regional quests, personal quests, and companion quests. Main and regional quests are self-explanatory, while companion quests are ones that are tied to specific characters. Personal quests on the other hand, are a bit of a combination of companion quests and main quests. Personal ones are tied to Origin characters, and will be available when you choose them in character creation. Knowing this is very useful, and will help us determine which quests are beneficial to do.

When it comes down to it, any quest you feel is worth going out of your way for will more than likely give you some decent loot to go along with it. However, if you want to focus on the main quests, as well as doing any companion quests. This will more than suffice for the experience you’ll need, allowing you to progress at a consistent pace. Furthermore, with the amount of sub-quests within main quests and the like, you’ll be more than sated by the amount of content there is in the game. And if you ever decide you need even more to do, there’s bound to be a damsel in distress, or a man that needs killing.
