Samurott you will be fighting is still a mystery to many players but some speculations have described him as a Wate and Bug-type of Pokemon. Judging by some previous games, the Samurott might have Shell Armor as its hidden ability and might utilize Megahorn and Fury Cutter as its main sources of damage.

If we would have to choose which Pokemon would be the best against Samurott it would be Fire, Flying, or Rock-type of Pokemon. Having said that we believe that Corviknight, Flamingo, Paldean Tauros, and Perrserker would be great choices.

However, some water Pokemon have emerged as potential good choices as well. They are Walking Wake, Gyarados, and Azumarili. Some even favor Azumarili to be the overall strongest choice for this Tera Raid.

Remember: If you manage to defeat 7-star Samurott called “Samurott the Unrivaled” you will get Samurott with the Mightiest Mark as your reward and it will be Bug Tera Type.
