All The Veiled Passage Collectible Locations in God of War Ragnarok

Not quite veiled enough.

Generally speaking, when you’re hunting for treasure in a mysterious and ancient land, you can make an educated guess on how much stuff you’ll find based on a locale’s name. For instance, a place with a mysterious name like “The Veiled Passage” is pretty much guaranteed to have some neat junk in it. Here are all the Veiled Passage collectible locations in God of War Ragnarok.

The Veiled Passage is home to four kinds of collectible items in God of War Ragnarok:

  • 1 Nornir Chest
  • 1 Lore Marker
  • 1 of Odin’s Ravens
  • 1 Artifact

While you’ll pass through this place as part of the game’s main story campaign, you likely won’t be able to get everything right off the bat, since certain late-game abilities are required. As such, you might want to put off the in-depth collectible hunt until you’ve finished the campaign and entered the post-game.

As soon as you enter the Veiled Passage via your rowboat, you should spot the local Nornir Chest on the shoreline to the right of your docking point. The Nornir Seals for this chest are hanging off a nearby cave wall, but you’ll need to smash all of them simultaneously to crack the chest. First and foremost, you need to clear the vines blocking the Seals. Grab an explosive from the nearby vase, have Atreus launch a purple Runic Arrow at the vines, then throw the explosive to burn them up.

Once the Seals are visible, have Atreus set up three more purple Runic Arrows along the surface of the wall so they encompass the Seals. Throw another explosive at the Arrows to detonate them, smashing all of the Seals simultaneously and unlocking the chest

Lore Marker

If you row your boat all the way to the far side of the cave and dock at the beach, you should see a wooden wall surrounded by poisonous flowers. Blow the flowers up to clear away the wall and proceed forward to find the Lore Marker tablet for Seidr Sacrifice on your right.

Odin’s Raven

Immediately after you find the Lore Marker, look up and to your left at the ceiling of the cave, right above the beach where you docked. You should see one of Odin’s Ravens, rife for sniping, hanging out on the cave wall right under the ceiling.

Artifact

If you follow the cave’s pathway, you’ll eventually come upon a poisonous flower that attempts to shoot at you. Shoot the flower down, and you’ll find a couple of wooden walls right underneath it. Smash the walls out of your way, and you’ll find the Kvasir Family Crest behind them.

Looks like the Veiled Passage isn’t so veiled anymore. Maybe they just shouldn’t have named it anything if they wanted their stuff to stay hidden.
