All Status Effects and How to Cure Them in Remnant 2

The clock is ticking away at your health

Status Effects, a integral part of the RPG genre and one that can leave you rocking back and forth in the corner in your frantic such for a resting place to reset the enemy spawns. Going out into the world naively will leave you with a ton of scars and enough trauma to book a therapy session. As you focus on grinding that perfect Build for Remnant 2, the status effects of other enemies can creep up on you. From environmental ticking damage taken over time or mistiming that all important dodge roll could break your run and be the direct cause of death for your Archetype. Whilst sending out your friends is a viable option to get the lay of the land and what enemies cause specific status effects, this is Vincent’s guide on how to cure all status effects in Remnant 2.

You may have already heard of the majority of the status effects in Remnant 2 if you are a regular RPG player. Even games such as Pokémon can in some way prepare for what is inevitably coming to you in the cruel world of Remnant. With a total of 8 status effects to become aware of – Bleeding, Burning, Corroded, Cursed, Irradiated, Overloaded, Root Rot, and Suppression, it is best to know how to deal with every single one as your Build cannot be effectively used to resist every effect you may come into blows with.

Although your Build may be sufficient in causing its own status effects against enemies, such as high crit and bleed damage, it is crucial that you know before heading in how to deal with these effects taken on by your Archetype. Because going in blind will likely lead to panic (which is how I always felt going into a new Dark Souls game).
