The 12 secret treasures in Tunic are discoverable by venturing out to different parts of the map. However, some of them require intricate puzzles to be solved before they can be collected and many are linked to pages in the instruction manual. It’s also worth noting that some can’t be collected until most of the game is completed and also require players to have the teleport dash ability unlocked.

Without further ado, here are all 12 of the secret treasures and their locations in Tunic:
- Mr. Mayor — Go to the East Forest through the first door you unlocked in the game. Instead of continuing to the forest, stay inside the room that the door leads to. Then, trace the directional pad over the symbol that stands out on the wall.
- A Secret Legend — Head to the cathedral at nightfall, veering westward once inside. Pass the ladder and sprint into the wall in the back of the room. Once this new passageway becomes available, cross the bridge in front of you and unlock the door at the far end. Then, find the hidden ladder at the Cathedral’s main entrance and sleep to advance to daytime. Return to the bridge and here, you’ll find the treasure.
- Sacred Geometry — Travel to the windmill and observe the sails. Once the top is across the sails, you will need to move inside to outside with precise directional inputs. Which are as follows; Down, Left, Left, Up, Up, Right, Right, Left, Down, Right, Up, Down.
- Vintage — Turn the game’s sound off and stand in a body of water for a full minute. Check the Game Manual’s first page and you should see a new message appear beneath the Developer’s Message. Find the location indicated on the page and operate the following direction inputs; Down, followed by right 11 times, and then left 12 times.
- Just Some Pals — Locate the sole gravestone nearby with a small puddle behind it. One by one, roll your Golden Skulls into the puddle until the secret treasure appears. The four Golden Skulls can be found in the southern stretch of the Swamp region.
- Regal Weasel — Head to the Golden Obelisk located in the East Garden region. Then, travel south until the path twists to the northwest and you will eventually find an enemy that can’t be attacked as normal. Instead, you’ll need to draw your want (Fire Rod) and Magic Dagger simultaneously, creating a deadly icy ranged attack. With your foe frozen, bring out the Magic Jar and grapple it to your enemy.
- Spring Falls — Locate every Fairy Chest (there are 20) and head back to the room behind the waterfall. Here’s where you will find the secret treasure.
- Power Up — Page 34 of the Game Manual contains a legend that translates the notes played by the wind chime outside the Old House. Then, perform the following directional inputs; Up, Down, Right, Up, Down, Left, Up, Down, Left, Right, Down, Left, Right, Up.
- Back to Work — Observe the picture on Page 11 of the Game Manual and travel to the location it displays. Utilize the dots that say “Prize/Treasure” via the following inputs; Right, Down, Left, Up, Left, Left, Down, Right, Right, Down, Down.
- Phonomath — Travel southwest from the warp point at the Ruined Atoll until you reach an island requiring a Teleport Dash. Defeat the rock-like enemy to uncover the secret treasure.
- Dusty — Return to the Hero’s Grave from the opening chapter of the game. Here, you should find a rocky path headed northbound that leads to a room with several leaf piles. Destroy them all to discover the secret treasure.
- Forever Friend — Wander around the perimeter of the teleportation hub and look for rooms that contain shortcuts. Eventually, you’ll find one that leads to the chest.
