The Astral Cookie is a charm that’s equipped with Cuphead and allows players to swap to Ms. Chalice. This is the only way to play as her and is actually incorporated into the story. It’s worth noting that Ms. Chalice has a difference in her parrying, where instead of double-jumping it’s a mid-air dash that gets the job done.
Heart Ring

Broken Relic

Overall, though the Broken Relic is the coolest, the best charm, and one that’ll actually help a player out more frequently would probably be the Heart Ring.
