There are a total of four organs players will need to find and destroy before going after the big bad body himself. Each one a key part of the human body: his lungs, brain, liver, and heart. We’re going to detail where the pieces are located, along with their coordinates for precise findings. The lungs can be found in the mortuary in the city’s graveyard. Finding the brain and liver are fairly simple, as they will be located right next to each other. You’ll want to fast travel to the Undercity Ruins, and head to the Passageway to the west. There, an Ancient Lair will be, and you can enter with a flick of a lockpick. Deal with any enemies that seem to arise from the lair, and you’ll find the brain on a table, and the liver in a gilded chest to the left of it.

Finally, the heart is our last piece of the soon-to-be smashed puzzle. However if you’re here, you’ve probably spent a decent amount of time looking for these items yourself. To help save you some time, the Mystic Carrion’s heart is located inside of his undead servant Thrumbo. You can naturally discover this information from a book in the Ancient Lair where you found the previous two items. But with the organs found, all that’s left is to destroy them, and face the Mystic Carrion.
