Incantations are one of two types of sorceries in Elden Ring, the other being spells. While mages use spells that scale with Intelligence, incantations scale with the Faith stat. These skills mostly consist of heals, buffs, and a few attacks. In this guide, we’ll show you where to find all incantations locations in Elden Ring and how much they cost to purchase.

Incantations must be memorized first at a site of grace, and a seal must be equipped to cast them. Faith spells, also known as Incantations, require you to have the Finger Seal. You can pick this up fairly early in the game from Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold. The seal is a catalyst for casting sacred incantations. How to get to Roundtable Hold?

The Roundtable Hold, or Table of Lost Grace, will unlock a few hours into the game (bottom left of your map). Brother Corhyn is an NPC in this area who you can buy Incantations (Faith spells) from for Runes. You can turn in spell books to him to unlock additional spells. Turning in the Godskin Prayerbook unlocks the Black Flame and Black Flame Blade.
