All Hexahedron Key Pieces in The Chant

Over the course of a player’s time with Prime Matter and Brass Token’s latest survival horror title, The Chant, players would have found a bunch of keys to use in order to progress gameplay, as well as crafted a few of them themselves.

And if you’re in Chapter 3 of The Chant and are wondering how you can get past the big door with the Hexahedron shape on it, then we’ve got the knowledge. We’ll explain how you can get your hands on all of the Hexahedron Key pieces in The Chant!

All Hexahedron Key Pieces in The Chant

When it comes to building the much-needed Hexahedron Key, there are only 2 pieces to find, unlike with the Dodecahedron Key, though these are a bit more difficult to get into your inventory. First, you’ll need to head through the safe room, around the fence, and move between the rock formations in order to get to the area where you’ll find your first piece of the key.

Once through, you’ll actually see the Hexahedron door to your left and a path to your right. Follow the path down to a cabin and make your way inside. There will be some cultists waiting for you on the outside so be careful.

Once inside, go to the next room and you’ll see a skeleton on the bed holding onto the first piece of the Hexahedron Key. Grab it and then pull the 2×4 off of the door, and head outside. You’ll need to kill both the Mimicrawler and the Mandaleech because the Mandaleech is guarding the Heart Key which you need in order to recover the last hexahedron Key piece.

Once you’ve killed them and got the key, return to the safe room area. You’ll be chased by the manifestation of Jess’ sister, built as flies. Kill it with a Sage Stick and head to the building next to the safe room with the Heart-shaped padlock.

Open it with the key and then go inside. You’ll find the other piece of the Hexahedron Key on a table inside. Combine both pieces to form the full Hexahedron Key and return to the door with the Hexahedron symbol on it, and place the key to it in order to move on to the next stage of Chapter 3.
