In the Dark Revival, there are a total of three Upgrades for Audrey’s Gent Pipe. The final Upgrade offers a powerful stun weapon which can be used against the Keepers. Making your life a whole lot easier to get around all the enemies of the Dark Revival. Why use stealth when you have your very own stun baton? This is how to get all Gent Pipe Upgrades and unlock the ‘Gent’s Finest’ Achievement in Bendy and the Dark Revival.
Gent Pipe Upgrade 1: Gent Lock
In Chapter 2 after gaining the Flow Ability from Porter, backtrack into the Animation Alley Studio Tour. You will see a Lost One open and enter the Employee Lockers which is located opposite Animation Alley. Follow him through into the Locker room. There is a Security Locked door in the Locker room. Enter the code 2 1 5 to unlock this door. Pick up the Schematics in the crate in front of you as soon as you walk through the Security Door. Go to the nearest Gent Upgrade Station (in this room) to obtain the Gent Lock.
Gent Pipe Upgrade 2: Shock Pipe
The second Gent Pipe Upgrade is located in Artist’s Rest. You need to gain access to the Lost & Found area. To gain access, go into the Hot Blankets and Coffee stand and switch the door access to the Lost & Found section. Enter the Lost & Found area where you need to Flow into the tiny gap in the wired fence to get to the Crane Keys. The Schematics for this Upgrade is on the desk on the left side of this room. Do not pick up the Hoist Key yet to progress the game or you will spawn in the Ink Demon in Artist’s Rest. After picking up the Schematics, go to the nearest Gent Upgrade Station to get the Shock Pipe.
Gent Pipe Upgrade 3: Stun Pipe
Enter the Unsafe Area via climbing the ladder beside the Dishy Cantina in the Gents Factory. Avoid the Keeper in this area. From the top of the ladder, turn around and use the Flow Ability to get to the other side of the room’s upper level. Walk into the Unsafe Area room where you will see a cutscene as you approach the middle of the room. Here you meet Big Steve who is blocking the doorway we need to go down to upgrade the Gent Pipe for the final time. What you need to do here is get this big guy a hearty meal. To do so, we need to backtrack all the way to the Devil’s Diner.
How to Get the Steve’s Meal
- Speak to Heidi outside of the Unsafe Area after your cutscene with Big Steve.
- Use the Linker that is to the right of Heidi to fast travel back into the Subway.
- Head back into the Sewers. Climb the ladder to the right of the bottom level of the Sewers. There is a Linker on the right side. Use this to fast travel backwards once more.
- Backtrack until you get into the Crawling King Boss Fight Widows Chamber.
- Stand in the middle of the room where the Crawling King appeared at the start of the Boss fight and look up. You will see a hole in the ceiling. Use your Flow ability three times to get to the top of the hole.
- Backtrack until you find the next Linker, beside the Card Exchange on the wall.
- After using the Linker which brings you out to the elevator in Chapter 2, backtrack once again until you find The Little Devil’s Lounge.
- Use Flow to get into the Kitchen. Pick up the Heart on the pan.
- Return to Steve via the same Linkers you used to get to the Lounge and Kitchen.
With Big Steve out of the way, pull the lever that he was standing in front of. Open the Safe & Sound cabinet using a Gent Card. To create a Gent Card, visit a Card Exchange. Pick up the final Gent Pipe Schematics. Sneak past the Keeper in the Gents Factory to find the nearest Gent Upgrade Station. Upgrade your Gent Pipe for the final time, granting you the Stun Pipe.
