While the main appeal of the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series is in the muscly dudes beating the everloving snot out of each other, the secondary appeal is in the wide breadth of side content. Every game is jam-packed with minigames and side activities, some of which are engaging enough to make you forget which game you’re playing. Here are all the confirmed mini-games in Like a Dragon: Ishin.
All Confirmed Mini-Games in Like a Dragon: Ishin
Despite the fact that Like a Dragon: Ishin is set in a time before electronics in Japan (or electricity, for the most part), there are still plenty of mini-games and activities to go around, including a handful of mainstays from the rest of the series.

Just like in the other Yakuza/Like a Dragon games, these mini-games can be found and played by exploring the game’s overworld and engaging with sidequests. In fact, many of these mini-games have dedicated sidequest chains with recurring characters and challenges. You’ll usually get some tangible rewards for clearing them like money or items, but honestly, the wacky antics are their own reward.
