When searching for all Aerial Capture locations in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores you will need to find mysterious yellow transmitters that are partially damaged and follow the pathways in the air that they draw for you in order to get the Aerial Capture.
Some will be harder than others but all will require you to use your flying skills. Upon completion, you will earn the “Recovered All Aerial Captures” trophy. Dive in and find out how you can find all Aerial Capture locations in Burning Shores.

Where are All the Aerial Capture Locations in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores?
There are 6 Aerial Capture locations in total when playing Burning Shores. Now, 5 of them are discoverable immediately while the last one will present to you only when you have found the previous 5. Here are all the locations of Aerial Captures.
Aerial Capture West
The first Aerial Capture will be in the peninsula on the far west part of the map. You will see an icon for the Stormbird Site and in order to get the Aerial Capture here you will need to defeat the Stormbird.
You will defeat the Stormbird by climbing on your Waterwing and flying up in the storm. When you find yourself among the clouds you will be able to see the path of the Stormbird. Follow the path and once you reach it let it kill your Waterwing and fall to the ground. Once on the ground, the Stormbird will engage you and you will get your opportunity to kill it.
After defeating the Stormbird, go to a nearby building with the red double door. Inside it, you will find the first transmitter with the corrupted data. The transmitter will point you to a flight path you need to follow in order to get the Aerial Capture. Get on your Waterwing, follow the flight path in front of you, and at the end of it, you will get your first Aerial Capture.
Aerial Capture North
Another Aerial Capture is located in the far north, in the woods. On a small hill, you will see a beat-up wooden tower with drums and other items scattered around. In the middle of that mess, you will find your 2nd Improvised Transmitted that you need to examine. Upon examining it, call your Waterwing and fly on the given purple flight path until you reach the end and claim the Aerial Capture.
Aerial Capture Northeast
The next Aerial Capture is in the Northeast part of the map. You need to go to small woods surrounded by water and find an abandoned old ruin with plenty of red flowers around it and in it. Go into the ruin and you’ll find the next transmitter. You will get your new coordinates from the transmitter and all you have to do is follow the new flight path. When you finish you receive your 3rd Aerial Capture.
Aerial Capture East
When you go looking for this Aerial Capture look for a small ruin in the far east part of the map. You will find some abandoned cupboards and other furniture in this overgrown torn-down house. The transmitter will be in the corner, on the edge of the building and you can use it to get your next flight path. Your Waterwing will take you to the Aerial Capture East.
Aerial Capture Northwest
The following Aerial Capture will be found on a small island in the Northwest part of the map. Find an abandoned building with a steel tower and examine it. Use your Waterwing to break the wall on the first floor from the outside and enter the building through there.
You will find your next transmitter there that will point you to the latest flight path you need to take.
Aerial Capture South (Secret Aerial Capture)
Aerial Capture South will appear when you have collected all of the previous ones. Go to the beach near the destroyed helicopter, in the southern part of the map. As soon as you arrive there you will see the flight path and there will be no need for you to look for the transmitter. After you complete this Aerial Capture you will earn yourself the “Recovered All Aerial Captures” trophy.
