Time-gated triumphs suck. The length of time it took me to get Fatebreaker because of VoG’s rotating Master challenges was beyond unreasonable, and it looks like I’m going to have the same experience with the 30th Anniversary’s Seal, Vidmaster.
In particular, Fateful Spin is locked behind a time-gate that guarantees it’ll take you at least three weeks to complete. It doesn’t help that the triumph calls for you to play Dares of Eternity on Legendary difficulty, either, so depending on your feelings towards LFG, you might end up spending a hell of a lot of time trying to get this done.

The fateful spin triumph requires you to face all five non-boss enemy factions during the Dares of Eternity six-player offensive activity. Simple.
The rounds need to be completed on Legendary difficulty. Legend DoE’s enemy encounters are static each week. They’re not random like they are normally. In other words, you can only complete two of the five rounds every single reset. It’ll take you at least three weeks to get Fateful Spin if you’re starting from scratch.
So if you don’t have Fateful Spin yet, don’t worry, not many people do.
If you want to avoid micro-managing your triumph progress, just make sure you get one legend DoE clear every week, and you’ll be fine. In fact, the hard part will be getting a fireteam.
If you don’t have some buddies to play with, you’ll have to go it solo or brave LFG due to the lack of matchmaking, but that’s a hurdle that we’ve all had to overcome at some point.
