How to Unlock Mew Two in Pokemon Stadium

If you wanted to learn how to unlock Mew Two in Pokemon Stadium, unfortunately, there’s no way to access him since you aren’t playing on a game boy. Originally, you could transfer him by connecting your Gameboy Red, Blue, Yellow, etc., and use a transfer pack. Fear not, we said you can’t use Mew Two, we didn’t say you couldn’t fight him.

Fighting Mew Two is easier than using him in battle because there actually is a secret way to fight Mew Two in Pokemon Stadium. The first thing you’re going to want to do is to beat Gym Leader Castle. Make sure you win all of the stadium tournaments. After you have succeeded in battling all of the tournaments the screen should go dark and you will get to fight Mew Two.

How to Unlock Mew in Pokemon Stadium

You thought we were done there? You can use the legendary Mew as a rental Pokemon as you play Pokemon Stadium. After you have successfully taken down Mew Two you will be able to use an ability called R-2 mode. This allows you to rent Mew so you can use the little guy in fights. You can also unlock Celebi after beating the Prime Cup Round 2.

The only downside is that you can’t use Mew during the Poke Cup and Petite Cup. You also need to make sure you have access to round two of the game. These battles are tough so make sure your team is up for the challenge!

If you wanted to unlock other legendaries such as Ho-Oh or Lugia, unfortunately, the only way to get them is by playing the old-school way. This is done by using a Game Boy and a Transfer Pac. Legendaries who are available as rental Pokemon are Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune.
