Which Class is the Best in Ragnarok Origin?
Ragnarok Origin is a very rewarding game for F2P players as it provides you with many gifts and boosts from the early stages onward. Completing quests, killing bosses, and simply grinding and farming will be enough to give you a decent tempo of leveling up.
However, if you want to be at the top and still stay F2P you would have to strategize around your playstyle and stay up to date with different in-game events that bring good rewards. What’s even better, is that the game has an auto-combat system so this F2P grinding won’t be too hard.
Are There any Classes That Stand Out in Ragnarok Origin F2P?
We believe that there are a couple of classes that can work well for anyone playing F2P as the game is pretty open and rewarding on its own. We’ve narrowed down our choices to Swordsman, Acolyte, and Wizard.
Swordsman is your classic warrior that can be found in any RPG game. You can evolve them into either self-sustaining healing tanks (Crusader/Paladin) or fighters (Knight/Lord Knight). Of course, the choice isn’t so strict that you have to choose one or the other and there are plenty of nuances that allow you to make a tanky Knight or a fighting Crusader. This class is great for early game and can greatly assist beginners in getting the grips of the game. The attribute you’d like to invest in when you’re playing Swordsman is STR + any other that you find useful. If you want speed go for AGI, if you want to be tanky go for VIT, etc.
Acolyte is also solid as he is able to develop in Priest/High Priest which is a very sustainable class that is capable of soloing bosses. He is also vital for guilds and is often sought after since not many players play this support class. Even though he is a support, the High Priest class can deal some serious damage when the right build is implemented. The primary stats for Acolyte that you should go for are DEX and INT.
Lastly, there is the Mage class. Even though a bit more complex class it can bring a lot of benefits for F2P players. When developing your skill tree early on focus on the Soul Strike if you’re playing solo or on the Fire Ball if you’re playing with friends. The former is a battle assistant that helps you be more independent while the latter brings you the ability to deal massive AoE damage. Implementing this system will allow you to farm your levels more quickly. Your primary attribute with the most points should be INT.
