Head into your Europe World Secret menu and click on Reuniting the Eventide Rookery to check your progress. Collecting one of these every week progresses you further into the secret Triumph. They are similar to the Jade Rabbit statues back in Shadowkeep.

Penguin Souvenir Location #8 in Destiny 2

Penguin Souvenir #8 is located at Kell’s Rising before the first set of drones. Starting in the Eventide Ruins, head up the elevator to Riis-Reborn and continue through the caves. Keep to your left and continue along the path and through the doors. You can avoid all the enemies and ignore them if you are just looking to pick up the Penguin Souvenir.

Once you make your way outside to Kell’s Rising, make a left and head up the stairs. Continue across to the orange lighted area and make your way through the tunnels. Take out the Drake, Stasis Sniper. The Penguin Souvenir is to the mob’s right side on the metal platform behind a tarp.
